1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY
The manager of the online store MANTRA - Holistic self care shop, Keti Skok, works through personal supplementary work, which is maintained at the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Administration Records and Services under the serial number 25758, with the code of the type of personal supplementary work B2. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1), we are committed to protecting the personal data of my users.
The customer is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order).

3. TYPES OF USERS
By registering at www.mantra-holistic.si you become a member of Mantra. The right to purchase in the Mantra - Holistic self care shop online store is available to registered members and also to guests who make a quick purchase and do not need to register before purchasing.
When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a user name, which is the same as his e-mail address, and a password. If at any time the user wants to change his email address or password, he can do so in his user profile.
3.1. Availability of information
Mantra undertakes to provide the user with the following information at all times:
company identity (name and registered office of the company, registration number and tax number),
contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
product availability (every product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
conditions of product delivery (method, place and deadline of delivery),
all prices must be clearly and unequivocally specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,method of payment and delivery,
time validity of the offer,
the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.
4. OFFER OF ITEMS AND PRICES
Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the Mantra-holistic online store are updated and changed frequently. The price in the Mantra-holistic online store is the same for both registered members and guests of the online store. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.
5. ORDER AND PRICES
The sales contract between Mantra - holistic and the buyer is concluded in the Mantra - holistic online store at the moment when Mantra - holistic sends the buyer the first email confirming his order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Mantra - holistic and the customer.
The Purchase Agreement (i.e. the first email regarding the status of the order) is stored electronically on the Mantra - holistic server and is available to consumers upon their written request.
6. DELIVERY TIME
I ship all orders placed during business hours within 5 business days from the day we receive payment. In the case of products where a longer delivery period is specifically marked, this is taken into account. Please be patient with the delivery time, as the products are handmade and we reserve the right to a longer delivery time for larger orders.
7. METHODS OF PAYMENT
The Mantra-holistic online store allows the following payment methods:
by pre-invoice (UPN order) to the company's account,
by transfer to the account of the Mantra-holistic.si manager, Keti Skok according to the offer/proforma invoice (when choosing payment by proforma invoice, you will receive a proforma invoice to your e-mail address that you provided in the form, on which you will have all the information for making the payment: amount payments, transaction account, reference/reference and purpose of payment. When choosing to pay by advance invoice, you will pay for the ordered goods with a UPN universal payment order (deposit slip). The fastest and easiest way to pay a deposit is through your online bank, but you can also pay at any bank or post office. The pre-invoice must be paid within 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Your order becomes valid when we ship it, the prices are valid on the day the order is dispatched.

8. ISSUANCE OF INVOICE
After delivery and payment of the ordered items, Mantra-holistic also sends the customer an invoice in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.
9. DISCOUNT CODES
A discount code or promotional code brings various advantages when purchasing through the Mantra-holistic online store. You can find the activation code on the front page of the advertising message, in the Mantra-holistic email or other media. The code brings various benefits, from various gifts to discounts. Any code is always limited in time, and must be used within a limited specified period, otherwise it is invalid.
Using the discount code:
• Select the products you want to buy and put them in the basket.
• At checkout, enter the discount code in the "promotional code" box and click the "confirm" button.
• Only one discount code can be used for one purchase.
• When you enter a discount code, the value of the discount code is automatically deducted from the price of your order. There remains an amount that still needs to be settled.
10. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Product selection: On the website www.mantra-holistic.si, select the product and click on the "Add to cart" link. The system informs you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If you want to continue shopping, click on the left link "Continue shopping" and you will return to the online store. If you want to complete the purchase, click on the right link "Complete purchase" and the system will take you to the shopping cart.
Removing a product from the shopping basket: On the website www.mantra-holistic.si, there is a shopping basket icon in the upper right corner, in which (after clicking on the icon) the user will see the products that have been added to the shopping basket. If the user wants to remove a certain product from the shopping cart, he must click on the cart icon and the "remove" cross. If the user wants to add a specific product to the cart, he must click on the "Continue shopping" link. By clicking on the mentioned link, you will be returned to the online store.
Shopping cart: You must fill in the required fields to complete your order.
Delivery address: You must provide the required contact information marked with a red star (name, surname, e-mail address, address, city, postal code and phone number), which we need to confirm and complete the order and deliver the product.
The form enables a user account to be created and the user's data is already saved for the next order.
Delivery cost: As stated in the shipping price list.
Payment method: You can choose between four payment methods: Cash on delivery, payment by advance invoice, Paypal payment, payment by payment/credit card.
Coupons and gift cards: If the user has a valid discount coupon or gift card, enter it in the appropriate field and click the confirm button.
Order overview: The products that the user has added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store are displayed. The price of the product, the cost of postage and the total cost of payment are visible in the shopping cart even before the order is completed.
Completion of the order: The user can review the provided delivery information, the payment method he has chosen and the contents of the shopping basket. The user confirms the order by clicking the 'Submit order' button. If the order was successfully completed, the text "Your order was successful" is displayed on the website. Thank you for your purchase! Your order number is: xxxx.”
11. PURCHASE NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE
After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Mantra-holistic members can always access information on the status and content of their order on the website www.mantra-holistic.si.
Mantra-holistic may call the customer's contact phone number to verify information or to ensure delivery accuracy.
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that at the end of the purchase, the name of the company and the tax number of the company must also be entered. There are also the same payment options.
12. THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to unequivocally notify the company by e-mail (info@mantra-holistic.si) or through some other communication channel within 14 days that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for your decision. The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 7 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order. The consumer returns the goods to the address: Keti Skok, Branik 33k, 5295 Branik, Slovenia
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost of returning the goods.
The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, with the label, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.
When returning the goods, the consumer also sends the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, where a promotional code or discount code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user's TRR, and the promotional code is also returned to the user in the form of a new code. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and returned to the user as a gift voucher.
13. LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL ERRORS
The seller is liable for physical defects that the item had when the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether it was known to him or not. The seller is also responsible for those material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer, if they are the result of a cause that existed before that. An insignificant material error is not taken into account.
14. SECURITY
Mantra-holistic uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.
Secure authorizations and credit card transactions are handled by the merchant Stripe.
Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time with immediate verification of data from banks. Card information is not stored on the server.
15. COMMUNICATION
Mantra-holistic will contact the user via means of remote communication only if the user expressly consents to this. Advertising electronic and/or SMS messages will contain the following components:
will be clearly and unequivocally marked as advertising messages,
the sender will be clearly visible,
various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such.
Also, the conditions of participation in them will be clearly defined:
the way to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented,
Mantra-holistic will expressly respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages.
16. RATINGS, OPINIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Opinions, evaluations and recommendations written by customers are part of the functionality of the online store and are intended for the community of all users.
Mantra-holistic allows any user of the online store to write an opinion, and Mantra-holistic reviews them before final publication. Mantra-holistic will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate or which, in the opinion of Mantra-holistic, do not provide benefits to other users and visitors.
By submitting an opinion or comment, the user expressly agrees to the terms of use of his opinion or comment and Mantra-holistic allows the publication of part or the entire text in all electronic and other media. Mantra-holistic has the right to use the content of the opinion or comment indefinitely and for any purpose that is in the business interest of Mantra-holistic, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications. The author of the opinion simultaneously declares and guarantees that he is the owner of the material and moral copyrights for the written opinions and comments and that these rights are non-exclusively and indefinitely transferred to Mantra-holistic.
17. LEGAL NOTICE
The Mantra-holistic online store and all information on it, images of articles, graphic and video elements on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mantra-holistic makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its websites is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, delivery times or prices can change so quickly that Mantra-holistic sometimes fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, Mantra-holistic will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item.
19. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In the event of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders that were affected by the technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of further steps. You yourself must ensure adequate equipment protection (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The buyer must ensure adequate security and confidentiality of the data used to register on the website (e-mail address, password).
20. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Mantra-holistic respects the applicable European legislation on consumer protection. Mantra-holistic makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the customer can contact by phone or e-mail.
The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@mantra-holistic.si. The appeal process is confidential. Within five working days, Mantra-holistic will confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the process.
Mantra-holistic is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, Mantra-holistic makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court of the consumer's permanent residence is competent.
21. OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes. Mantra-holistic, which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS).
The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
